Microsoft to employ over 1000 in new Centre

Microsoft “Microsoft Israel Research and Development”, has announced that it will open a new campus in Tel Aviv that will be spread over 25,000 square meters that will employ more than 1,000 employees, and a new center in Herzliya with a size of 17,000 square meters that will be built near the existing center.

It will employ more than 1,000 workers. In addition, the company will open a center in Jerusalem and a center in Be’er Sheva — when the location of the 5th site in the number has not yet been determined, but Microsoft hints that it will be located to save travel time for its employees who still prefer to work from the office.

According to Microsoft, over the next 4 years the company plans to double the number of its employees in Israel from 2,000 employees, to about 4,500 employees who will join the new offices or those that exist in Herzliya, Haifa, Tel Aviv and Nazareth.
